I work with clients as a supportive and empowering partner in their life journey while they work to find their paths, healing, and purpose. Instead of finding solutions for the problems that bring them to therapy, I work to empower them so that they learn to  find solutions for themselves.

To treat each client with the utmost respect, unconditional positive regard, and nonjudgmental manner is something I strive to do. I integrate both traditional and modern theoretical approaches to mental health therapy as well as various techniques from across various models.

How we approach life, our habits, perspectives, attitudes, mindset, beliefs, and behaviors greatly impact our lives in many ways. You can learn to reframe the thoughts and feelings that tend to poison your attitude and consequently, your decisions when upsetting or distressing emotions arise from challenges in your life. Judy approaches therapy from the worldview of each person, tailoring the techniques to suit the needs of each person. She aspires to help clients learn to cultivate self-awareness and take major steps towards growth and healing.

I hold dear the view that each person is the author of their own story and I partner with clients to help them find ways to feel in control of their life story.
