Anna Lopez, LMFT, LPCC
"My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I will be an ally to all and walk through this journey beside you."
HOW ARE YOU DOING?
Every case is unique and requires various approaches to gain trust. My work is to find healing and identify everyone's inner strengths and connections in a safe, "neutral" space.
Listening to your concerns, identifying core-rooted issues, and processing them to foster growth is crucial. Working on identifying generational patterns that contribute to maladaptive behaviors and patterns is necessary.
