WONDERFUL TO MEET YOU!

My clients tell me I am a good listener and I provide an atmosphere of empathy. I strive to work with my clients to find solutions for their concerns and provide a collaborative approach.

I aim to also incorporate several non-medication interventions to promote overall wellbeing. I have a firm belief that chronic mental health disorders do not vary from chronic physical health conditions, in that both require a combination of treatments. Any health condition is best treated with both environmental and behavioral changes and medications used as a supportive treatment.
